Chris Maughan is already known to the network, Chris is the non-selling director of Up Financial. It has always been Chris’s intention to become an advisor once Up Estates was established. Cemap qualification was completed 2 years ago. Chris has never provided mortgage advice, but prior to establishing Up Estates and Up Financial was involved in financial services. With Tom Garvie moving on from Up Financial and the estate agency business now fully established with 11 employee’s, Chris has now taken the decision to pursue a career as a Mortgage advisor. Following an introduction to Geraldine Williams at Bubble, Chris and Geraldine have agreed to forming a long term relationship for Chris to work with Bubble as an advisor, this is service the referrals from Up Estate Agents (Introducer paperwork being reviewed) but also to support Bubbles existing lead sources. |
