Daniels's firm SMARF Ltd was previously authorised as an AR under Profit Tree Finance ltd. Profit Tree are now in liquidation, hence Daniel was deauthorised Jan2020.
He has 5 years protection experience & i year CAS status for mortgages.
He was recently declined by the Right Mortgage Network which he believes is due to Profit Tree having been removed from a lending panel but not due to his activity within his own AR. Indeed he has only completed 8 cases prior to the parent company going into liquidation. All other factors are acceptable. Please request a regulatory reference immediately. |
