If N/A, please state. | Upon starting with Roxburgh Financial Management I set up my own Ltd Company as Lisa Parmley Financial Services Ltd ref No 12211238, but was unfortunately informed from St James's Place that they do not accept self employed advisers on a Ltd Company basis and that I had to be a sole trader. I left the Company dormant until it was dissolved on 12.1.21 - there was no trading at all through this company as per T&C with SJP. |
