Joe has been working within Kensington as office support. He has now achieved full cemap and looking to progress as an advisor. Speaking with Stephen Matts he has admitted that he has been focussing on the EA business with staff changes and office refurbs and now back focussing on Kensington and increasing the lead volume. As such Joe will progress into the advisor role and be mentored by Phil Cox. BSM has raised on concerns in terms of compliance, but only on business volumes, which Stephen has given a clear indication of the plans to increase. Joe is new to industry and nothing declared. |
