He was one of 2 directors of a directly authorised mortgage brokerage but has decided to resign from there along with the other director ( who has retired) and David now wants to continue servicing his clients but under my company name. He is experienced and what I like to call a safe pair of hands when it comes to compliance. He resigned from his company and submitted the forms to fsa 3 weeks ago so hopefully not too long a wait until he is removed off register etc and free to work under my company. |
