Was due to take a EA based MA role under the Primis network and has been fully approved, but not authorised/attended Primis induction due to delays with the EA firm putting off start date since May this year, hence Ayesha has sort other opportunities.
Based on previous banking and review of business plan expectation is that Ayesha will write 125k in the first 12 months. Ayesha will be joining M1 as a Self employed advisor supported by M1 leads.Ayesha has never previously sold protection, as such we are apply for her to join with a mortgage only licence and protection will be via referral in M1. Development plan will be put in place to upskill Protection at a later stage. Nothing to declare ”
