“Antonia is an experienced WoM advisor, currently with EW Financial services for the last 6 months, she will be pre advice as has not yet achieved CAS. This is due to the existing networks process of being classed a trainee for a 12 month period. Prior to this Antonia was on maternity leave, previously he has worked in New Build as an WoM advisor within the New Homes group and also as a sales manager with Connells.
Antonia is joining as part of our self-employed with leads model so no concerns around business levels and the expectation is she will write 150k+. Antonia is fully aware of the SB CAS expectations of 3 months to achieve CAS. Based her experience, the support being provided and the lead volumes this easily achievable. No concerns raised or anything to declare”
