Pippa is an experienced WoM advisor currently with Nottingham Mortgage Services in an employed role. Has been WoM since 2017 and vastly experience in all types of mortgage lending and protection sales. Cemap since 2015. This will be Pippa’s first time in a self-employed role and she sees this as a natural career step to boost her earnings. Expectations are in the first year for circa 100k written business, based on the M1 lead support this is more than achievable. Pippa is fully aware of the 3 month CAS status criteria and this hold no concerns for her or us being in terms of this being achieved in a timely manner. Nothing to declare from a lender view point.
