Vicki is vastly experienced, been involved in the mortgage industry since 2004. 6 years as a Mortgage advisor from 2004, moved into compliance, underwriting and more recently returning to advising in 2018. During our interview process has shown excellent technical, product knowledge and a clear understand of the mortgage advisor role. Vicki is fully aware of the CAS expectations, based on lead volumes, experience and the support she will receive this does not pose any issue. The expectation is Vicki will be looking to be consistently banking 100k per year moving forward. No issues or anything to declare |
