Emma is an experience WoM CAS advisor currently working with Countrywide. Emma has been qualified since 2014. Currently averages 7 apps per week and banked £130k in 2020, strong Mortgage to Life conversion at 62%. Expectation is that Emma will write 150k + moving forward. Emma will be joining under our Self-employed with leads model so no concerns in terms of business volume impacting on the CAS timescales. Nothing to declare.
Emma will not resign from current role until 31/12/2021 due to performance related bonus payment.
