Lewis is currently Business principle/advisor of LJP Financial Services, he has ben Cemap qualified since 2019 operating under the Openwork network. Lewis is currently writing £120k but the business has plateaued and work life balance suffering. To increase income and restore work life balance as wife is due to give birth at end of Feb 2022 Lewis will be joining M1 as self-employed advisor with leads. Expectation moving forward will be for Lewis to be writing 200k+ per year. Due to the pending birth in Feb, application process timeline and induction courses, the expectation has been set with Lewis to attend induction in Mid-March if this is possible. Lewis is fully aware of the CAS process and this poses no concerns. Nothing to declare |
