If N/A, please state. | I was a director of Cafe Cream Ltd from April 2004 until it went into voluntary liquidation in Sept 2020. It was a cafe. I had a considerable directors loan inherited from my other company Electric Yellow. When the pandemic started i was concerned that operating it would require further investment from me that i would never recoup. The debts that was left was mainly the directors loan plus redundancy payments and one VAT payment. I owned the building that the business was in and i had a new tenant who has since leased it.
I also was a director of Electric Yellow which was a subway franchise. the franchise operated from 2007. It was not a profitable business and when my cafe (Cafe Cream) was given notice on its premises in 2012 i closed the subway franchise and moved my cafe into the premises. Cafe Cream took on the subway loan which was the money borrowed to start Subway - this then became the Cafe Cream directors loan. The company was dormant once the subway franchise closed and i eventually dissolved it in Dec 2019.
I was a director of Kravis Ltd - this was a company set up 2007 to act as employer for all the staff in the businesses my husband and i owned at the time. I resigned as director in February 2011 when my husband and i separated |
