Jonathan has recently left Nottingham Mortgage Services and joined a local New build brokerage at the start of this year in an employed role. As such is currently on his probation period and has only 1 weeks’ notice. As such can we ensure as that the employers reference is not sent until advised by Jonathan. Jonathan has extensive experience within financial services since 2010, an advisor since 2013. Left NMS at the end of 2021 due to the changes in management, commission and introducer structure since moving under the MAB. M1 has been in conversation with Jonathan for over 18 months and now he has arrange his financial situation he feels in the right place to take the move to being self-employed. Nothing to declare in terms of concerns or issues with lender panel. The expectation in full year will write 100k+ and Jonathan personal aspiration is to achieve £150k+ as having previously at NMS been in excess of targets for Mortgage completions, protection and customer service |
