Gemma will be joining on our Self-employed with Leads model, she does have a 3 month notice period. Obviously will wait until we are mid-way through the process and previous references returned before resigning, although there are no concerns with references. This may change if we can negotiate the 3 month notice period.
Gemma has vast experience within financial services, has been a mortgage advisor since 2017 when she joined Countrywide, she later had time as WoM advisor with Mortgage force, but is now working with Mansfield Building Society so as such will need to follow the pre advice process. Expectation is that Gemma will write £100k+ in first full year within the business. No concerns have been raise in terms of lender panels etc
