Charlotte has been in financial services since 2012, a WOM advisor since 2017. Has had 3 roles since 2021, most recently in March this year. The moves have been due to the ethics and culture within the firms only realised when she has joined. Most recently due to the lack of commitment shown by the firm to follow the vulnerable customer process. Charlotte has been looking to find the “right home” with support, leads and a family oriented business for the last couple of years. Whilst vastly experienced is not currently CAS with current employer, as such is aware will likely be pre advice. Her business plan is to write in excess of 150k + per year.
