Beth has been in the financial service industry since 2020, both in para planner and more recently advisor role. Has not been CAS for 12 months in the WoM environment, as such will be pre advice. Whilst relatively inexperienced, Beth has good industry knowledge and a clear expectation of the role and challenges moving forward. Development plan has already been discussed to focus on key development areas. Beth aspiration is to achieve 100k + per year moving forward. No concerns or anything to disclose. |
