Nobert has advised during his time with John Charcol an investigation was carried out for failing to following internal process, at a disciplinary meeting he was cleared of any wrong doing and a training need was identified. No other disclosures or complaints declared. Norbert is currently writing high levels of business within L&C, expectation is 150k+ written business per annum moving forward.
