My older brother was the company director. It was a family run business. The takeaway is still running to this day. My dad formed a new company without using my name after dissolving this one. I only ever helped him out on the weekends if he was short staffed but never took any money or got paid anything. I had my own full time job and so did my brother. So the company was dissolved and dad formed a separate company without using our names. |
