George is an experience protection only advisor, currently working with Bespoke on a self gen basis. Self gen will continue to be a key element for George particular in the Business protection and PMI space, in addition he will service M1 personal protection opportunities. George is aware that he will need to achieve CAS before we can apply for a Bus or PMI licence. I have spoken with Team Oak this morning, as George at the moment has niche areas in his self gen looking at Group cover such as DIS and employee income protection scheme. Team Oak have confirm that this would all be covered under the business protection licence as the more standard elements such as Key person protection etc. As with the recruitment of Dave Corbett we would seek agreement for the induction to be completed by M1. |
