| Additional: | From James - 'I would like to take Kristen Johnson onboard as a new entrant. The role will be self employed. Kristen has experience in sales and within estate agency and Lettings. He came to me over a year ago and asked what he needed to do in order to get into a mortgage advising role to which I said he need to obtain full CeMap. After a year of studying he has successfully passed his CeMap and is now eager to get started in a role with myself. He was a very successful sports person in a previous life achieving a top 150 status squash player which (as a squash player myself knows) takes a huge amount of commitment and dedication. He also has a lot of contacts within estate agency and locally to Cheltenham which is an area I am keen to expand my business in. I expect that he will write circa £45k business within the first year with a view to doubling this in the next year and know he will be a great addition to my team. He is not as yet CAS status so I would be committed to spending the time with him in order to achieve this'. |
