Speed is very much of the essence with Wes as he is highly sort after and resigned from his role at MAB today. He has accepted our offer this morning but did have others elsewhere.

Wes has been a whole of market advisor for the last 3 years, previous career within the armed forces. During this time he has worked for two MAB firms Mortgage Bureau ( this firm is no longer in existence) and more recently with Meridian. Wes is a high performing individual with an average case value over £3k and a clear expectation to exceed £200k per year. He will be bring along with him 2 new nationwide New Build developers as part of this process so will need to look at the introducer process at the same time. Nothing has been declared at this time and no concerns with panel . Wes will be joining M1 as a Self-employed advisor with leads.
