Dave is an experienced broker, not currently advising at this time. At present is working within management roles within the Countrywide. Now looking to move back into advising roles as this is why he changed from teaching earlier in his career and missed the client interaction. No existing back book, we have challenged Dave on his motivation and commitment to recommencing with his advising career and he is fully committed to building a long term share of the M1 business and building a client base. Nothing adverse has been declared or concerns raised.
