A friend of mine from Pakistan set it up as on May 21, 2010, for a possible food business in UK and put my name as one of the Directors as he wished so despite I was never to draw any salary or play any role but possibly just providing him some guidance. Company did no business whatsoever as things did not take off and eventually was dissolved on August 23, 2011. There were no debts whatsoever as company never did any business activity and rather it was dormant as plans never fructified.
UniWear Ltd:
Same friend who set up Unitaste Ltd got another idea to venture in textile business and set up this company ‘Uniwear Ltd’, as on August 02, 2011, again taking me as a Director and then later changed to Secretary for the sake of it on September 01, 2011. I never drew any salary and never worked for it. This company had a short stint in the business and not doing anything since then. I did resign on August 08, 2016 after realizing that I was still attached to this company as no business was going on. I confirm that I never had any debts.
