Kirsty vastly experienced within the industry, currently in a BDM role for Leeds Building Society, has previously been Head of Mortgages, Sales Manager and Senior Advisor with Tembo, worked with Strike and the New Homes group. Has not advised for the last 3 years so would be joining on Pre advice basis. Kirsty will be joining as a Self-employed advisors with Mortgage 1st on our with leads model. No concerns have been raised with referencing or issues with lender/provider panels.
Kirsty does have a 3 month notice period in her current role, as well as waiting for permission to apply for the Leeds BS reference, can you also await permission to proceed with a reference for Tembo. Due to the nature of the exit from a senior position. No concerns on this particular reference but due to the nature of the role this was a sensitive matter when leaving to follow a career with Leeds BS.
