Adam is a CAS WoM advisor, experienced in both mortgage and protection. Adam will be working full time as an advisor with Mortgage 1st. He does also part own a local Estate agents, which will feed him enquires. He focusses on 2 postcode areas in the Liverpool area, when we have discussed his working pattern he will be operating the viewings and listings at the weekends, not during his main working week, when he will be able to dedicate himself to M1 leads, Mortgage clients and all compliance elements. We have discussed the future of the Estate agents, should this increase he will recruit within the Estate Agency to make sure this does not detract from his mortgage role. Adam is joining Mortgage 1st on a Self-employed basis. Nothing personally or professionally declared. |
