| Disclosures: | Vipul runs an accountancy practice as well as his mortgage practice. Most of his clients come from his accountancy practice and he obtains referrals from these clients. He has focussed on building his accountancy practice and has recently bought out another firm which is why he has not traded in mortgages for 18 months or so. His clients have been referred to another AR firm whilst building both accountancy practices. He now wants to get back into mortgages now that both firms are running smoothly. His reference from Brompton asset finance ltd will not be a positive reference as they know he will be joining a firm i am connected to.
