At this point of the year to reduce the financial pressures on advisers we will be not looking to appoint the adviser till late December. As such would appreciate if Owen could be added to the last induction of 2025.
Previously we have seen advisers have an increase in financial pressures in month 3-4 post authorisation when authorised later in the year. This is simply that whilst we can generate the lead volumes for them the appetite for clients and the buying demand wanes as we approach the end of the year historically. This way we can make sure the advisers start when the market restart in Jan 2026 so they can protect their personal financial position whilst we provide them with the optimum platform to succeed.
