| Additional: | Matt is currently a sole trader AR with us, he is going to set up this new limited company with his partner and another. I have ran the scenario past Gavin, Matt is going to use his existing business name and move this over to the new limited company as to not lose the brand he has build. His current sole trader business will take on a new name (as yet undecided) to allow Matt to keep his existing clients 'ownership' as his solely. |
