I was sole director of this limited company.
I set up the limited company but ultimately decided to continue my self employment as a sole trader.
I was notified that the Limited Company would be dissolved. So I contacted HMRC to check whether I was obliged to do anything. No debt was owed by the Limited company and so I allowed it to dissolve. |
